- Overseeing and opening up where required for garden, pool and housekeeping services.
- Arranging for laundry to be done.
- Main key holder and the first point of contact for the alarm and in case of any issues or emergencies.
- Regular property inspections would be done and maintenance reviews with feedback for any improvements or issues that need attending to.
- Emergency repairs management and keep an eye on issues that can start small and worsen, like leaks, mold and infestations.
- Recording of all expenses and income for tax purposes if needed.
- I work on a monthly retainer basis or per call-out to the property. Please contact me for my rates.
- Should you want me to advertise your holiday rental and deal with guests on your behalf, my fee would be 20% of the booking.
